We are happy to wind your skein into a center-pull ball
First, choose the skein size, whether it is a regular-sized, 100 gram skein, or whether it is a mini-skein. Next, choose the quantity of skeins you want wound. For instance, if you have a 5-pack of mini skeins and you want all of them wound into center-pull balls, you would choose, “mini” for the skein size, and “5” for the quantity.
If you are ordering many skeins but only want particular skeins wound, please let us know in the “special instructions to seller” when checking out which skeins you want us to wind.

Our policy is valid for a period of 30 days. If it's been more 30 days since the date you purchased your item and we're unable to offer you a full exchange or refund.
The item must not be in use and must be in its original condition. It must also still be in its original packaging.
