Glitter Roving is a super sparkly, very soft blend of fibers with a fabulous glitter. Photographs cannot capture just how sparkly it is. This blend of fibers also takes color vibrantly. It is a very special blend which will create a stunning project.

Our policy is valid for a period of 30 days. If it's been more 30 days since the date you purchased your item and we're unable to offer you a full exchange or refund.
The item must not be in use and must be in its original condition. It must also still be in its original packaging.
